For organizations that do not yet have a competency model defined, SkillsMapper comes pre-loaded with a comprehensive competency model, developed jointly with Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. The model is integrated with the learning course content, allowing employees to tie learning activity to competency requirements for their current or future roles.
The competency model can be enabled or disabled once you deploy SkillsMapper.
As you build your job roles within the organization, competency requirements can be defined for each role, allowing employees to track their percentage match against and progress towards requirements.
The competency model is also completed configurable by the enterprise admin, allowing you to edit, delete and add to the model as you refine your career development framework.
